CA Public Land duck Hunting?

Ok so im 16 years old and recently got my drivers license and i am getting ready for duck season and was wondering what are some good public lands places for duck hunting. I live in the bay area. I would prefer for some less populated places as im still not comfortable with the whole resevation and sweat line and lottery stuff. if you could also explain to me that it would be greatly appreciated as i have only hunted private land. I know suisun marsh is one i would not have trouble getting into but would also like to look up different places to hunt. i would also like it if anybody could tell me some of there strategies they use such as certain spots they hunt and the number and formation of the decoy spread they use?
