Is there an add in for oblivion for xbox 360 that lets you go to black marsh?

hey guys sorry i had to remake my account for some reason i couldn't sign in, so i had to make another one,but to continue is there an add in or game that lets go into black marsh? i have the game of the year edition because as my friend said you can go to black marsh in it.
